Making A Purchase
Please add items to the shopping trolley as you like. To amend your selection, click on the 'view trolley' link. When you are ready to buy, please click on the checkout button.
You will be asked to provide a few details to satisfy the order.
Payment is accepted via credit card - Visa, Mastercard or Delta. We will charge for items once they are ready to ship. You may phone, fax, write or email your order and credit card details, but we recommend using our Secure Java Encryption Applet to send us your details online.

Shipping And Handling
UK P&P is free for all orders.
For International P&P please call us.

Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days for orders of all products within the UK; International orders may take longer.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
Should you wish to cancel your order on receipt of the goods, the cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after you have taken receipt of the goods. Please note that you will liable for the cost of return. We will refubd your money within 30 days of cancellation (including the cost of shipping if applicable) on condition that our security seal has not been broken.

In the event of you being in receipt of faulty goods, you have seven working days to reject the goods and contact us, when we will be happy to arrange a full refund within 30 days of your cancellation date, including the shipping if applicable.
